As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Cleveland County Election Board will hold a regular meeting on February 12, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
The place and address of the meeting will be the Cleveland County Election Board Office, 641 E. Robinson, Suite 200, Norman, Oklahoma.
AGENDA
Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the County Election Board at the above-mentioned meeting:
- Discuss and approve minutes for the meeting held February 9, 2010.
- Canvass verified provisional ballots.
- Certify the February 9, 2010, Annual School Election board member results for the following school district which is totally contained within Cleveland County: Noble School District I-40, Office No. 5.
4. Certify the February 9, 2010, Annual School Election board member results for the following school districts for which the Cleveland County Election Board is an affected County Election Board: Mustang School District I-69, Office No. 5, to Canadian County Election Board and McLoud School District I-1, Office No. 5, to Pottawatomie County Election Board
5. Adjourn Meeting.
