ABSENTEE VOTING

In-Person Absentee Voting occcurs prior to every election in our office on the Friday and Monday immediately before the election from 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. For State & Federal elections, the Cleveland County Election Board also conducts Absentee In-Person on the Saturday before the election from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

By Mail Absentee Voting In order to vote absentee by mail, The County Election Board must have an application filled out by the voter. Once the application is received, we will mail ballots to the voter. The voter then votes the ballots, and if not physically incapacitated, must have a notary notarize their signature on the affidavit included in the absentee voting materials. Physically incapacitated voters must have their affidavits witnessed by two witnesses. The ballots then must be mailed back to the County Election Board. You may download an application form from the link below and mail it to us or fax it to us at 405-366-0209.  Please make sure you download the appropriate form, either a regular absentee application or the application for physically incapacitated voters, depending on your cicumstances.
