Eligible Voters may cast their ballot at the Cleveland County Election Board Office and at the Moore Norman Technology Center South Penn Campus from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the 2016 General Election. Voters should bring Identification which conforms to the Voter ID Law and may cast their ballot much as they would at a Polling Place on Election Day. The Cleveland County Election Board is located at 641 E. Robinson, Suite 200 in Norman. The Moore Norman Technology Center South Penn Campus is located at 13301 S. Penn, Oklahoma City.
