In-Person Absentee Voting (Early Voting)

Cleveland County is now partnered with six locations spread throughout the county to serve as early voting sites.  Once an election resolution is submitted by an entity, we will commit to opening those early voting locations that serve the voters in that entity's district.  These locations will then be posted to our website and social media. Not every location will be open for each election.

August 25, 2026 Runoff Primary Election

All six Early Voting Locations will be open for Early In-Person Absentee Voting August 20 and 21, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and August 22 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Noble Public Library 204 N. 5th Street, Noble

Absentee Shawnee Tribal Health System Resource Center 1970 156th Avenue NE, Norman

Beginning November 1, 2013, In-person absentee voting will be held on Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. before an election.
