The Cleveland County Election Board  is an administrative office that conducts local and state elections in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Elections are always held on Tuesdays in Oklahoma. Some election dates are set by statute such as Regular State and County Elections, other Special Elections are called by entities on designated special election dates. There is a possible Special Election date each month.  Entities will notify our office 60 days before an election date requesting an election to be held. There is an updated election Calendar available on this site that lists all upcoming Regular Election dates, Special Election dates and possible election dates.

Our office is responsible for maintaining all voter registration records for Cleveland County. Voter registration for an upcoming election closes 24 days before the election date.  A person who is eligible to vote must be at least 18 years old, a United States citizen, and a resident of Oklahoma.
