AGENDA FOR CLEVELAND COUNTY ELECTION BOARD MEETING

As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Cleveland County Election Board will hold a regular meeting on February 9, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

The place and address of the meeting will be the Cleveland County Election Board Office, 641 E. Robinson, Suite 200, Norman, Oklahoma.

AGENDA

Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the County Election Board at the above-mentioned meeting:

1.                  Discuss and approve minutes for the meeting held December 11, 2009.

2.                  Process absentee ballots for the February 9, 2010, Annual School Elections.

3.                  Approve substitute Precinct Officials for the February 9, 2010 elections.

4.                  Canvass the February 9, 2010, Annual School Election board member returns for the following school district totally contained within Cleveland County:  Noble School District I-40, Office No. 5.

5.                  Canvass the February 9, 2010 Annual School Election board member returns for the following districts for which the Cleveland County Election Board is an affected County Election Board:  Mustang School District I-69, Office No. 5, to Canadian County Election Board and McLoud School District I-1, Office No. 5, to Pottawatomie County Election Board

6.                  Adjourn meeting.
