Voter List
The Oklahoma Open Records Act requires Oklahoma’s voter registration information to be made publicly available. A voter list can be obtained through the State Election Board OK Election Data Warehouse (EDW).
Anyone may request online access to the OK Election Data Warehouse (EDW) at no charge. To request access to the database you must complete and submit a Request to Download Files Form and submit it to info@elections.ok.gov.
Effective Nov. 1, 2025: In compliance with 26 O.S. § 7-103.2, access to Oklahoma’s statewide voter list will be limited to the following:
- A bona fide resident of the State of Oklahoma and a citizen of the United States,
- A candidate for office in the state of Oklahoma, OR
- An official representative of a political party recognized by the state of Oklahoma.
IMPORTANT
• It is unlawful to use the voter registration list for commercial marketing or advertising purposes. However, this restriction shall not include the use of the voter registration list by campaigns, political parties, government officials, or public opinion pollsters.
• It is unlawful to knowingly make the Oklahoma voter list available or provide such list to a foreign national, foreign commercial interest, or foreign government entity.
To obtain a free, electronic copy of the voter registration list, you must fill out and submit the Request for Voter Registration List Form and check the appropriate box(es) on the form to confirm that you meet the requirements of 26 O.S. § 7-103.2. You may submit the completed form by email, mail, fax, or in person to the appropriate County Election Board.
An application must be filled out and submitted for every request.
