You must submit your own absentee ballot application.
You may apply online using the State of Oklahoma's OK Voter Portal or you may submit an absentee ballot application by mail, email, or fax to your County Election Board. You may also hand deliver your application to the County Election Board office. If you do not have an identification number or date of birth on file with your County Election Board, you must submit your application in person, by mail, or by fax.
(EXCEPTION: A voter confined to a nursing home or veterans center, a physically incapacitated voter, or a voter
charged with the care of a physically incapacitated person may choose an agent to deliver the application to the County
Election Board or send it by mail.)
