• Early Voting Begins Wednesday October 28, 2026

    Vote early In Person Absentee October 28, 29, 30, and 31 at any of our six early voting locations.

    • Sooner Mall: 3301 W. Main St, Norman
    • The Moore Norman Technology Center: 13301 S. Penn, Oklahoma City
    • The Noble Public Library: 204 N. 5th Street, Noble
    • The Moore Public Library: 225 S. Howard Ave, Moore
    • Absentee Shawnee Tribal Health System Resource Center: 1970 156th Avenue NE, Norman

  • 2026 I Voted Sticker Design Contest

    Participation is open to all Elementary School age students enrolled in Cleveland County.

    All entries must be received by 5 p.m. Monday, November 30, 2026.

    The sticker will be a 2" x 1" oval and must contain the words "I Voted."

    Deadline to Apply for Absentee By Mail-Moore Public Schools and City of Norman Special Elections

    Voters who wish to have Absentee Ballots mailed to them for the October 13, 2015 Moore Public Schools and City of Norman Special Elections must apply by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015.
